Timestamps in the WCF, e.g. TickTime in GetNewTick, do not seem to match the GMT offset specified in GetAccountStmt.

For example, two different servers (74.54.46.178 and 37.58.66.34) report the GMT offset as -4, but the times they report in TickTime are GMT-6 and GMT+3. The same applies to other timestamps such as OpenTime in GetOpenPositions

(Timestamps in GetChartData are transmitted in a different format, and always seem to be GMT+0.)

It seems that the correct value is SvrGMT returned by Login. The GMTOffset returned in Login and the GMT offset in GetAccountStmt seem to be meaningless.

[N.B. Neither SvrGMT nor GMTOffset are documented at http://www.hybrid-solutions.com/support/index.php?/Knowledgebase/Article/View/1949]

Dear Jcolins,

I will check all reported functions, If there reasons to justify the difference or not, I will keep you updated.:)

Thanks for your notes.
